CIWW Default and Member Remedy. Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default, as defined in Section 1 of this Article by or attributable to CIWW that adversely affects any Member Agency, the Member Agency shall have the right, at the direction of its governing body, to give CIWW notice of default and after any applicable period of cure has expired:
