Common use of Claim Finality Clause in Contracts

Claim Finality. Unless provided otherwise in this Agreement, both parties agree that a Claim and related Prescription Compensation shall be deemed final one year from the date such Claim and related Prescription Compensation was submitted by PHARMACY to SOUTHERN SCRIPTS and shall not be subject to dispute.
