Common use of Claim Investigation Clause in Contracts

Claim Investigation. 36.1 We will while acting reasonably at our sole discretion assess any claim made by you in relation to any Unauthorized Transaction (“Relevant Claim”) for the purposes of assessing your liability. Where we have assessed that the relevant claim does not fall within Unauthorized Transaction, we will resolve such a claim in a fair and reasonable manner. We will communicate the claim resolution process and assessment to you in a timely and transparent manner.
