Claim Reports. A report of any claims that may be made by a Tenant or any other Person arising out of the Property relating to any injury, damage, loss, liability, cost, expense or other similar issues, whether or not covered by insurance (the “Claims Report”), a copy of which will be transmitted to Operating Partnership and its insurance agent within 48 hours of receipt by Property Manager.
