Claim Submissions. UPS Claims on the Web Service allows You to submit a claim to UPS for loss of or damage to a Tendered Shipment a well as documentation such as images of damage and invoices and receipts to support the occurrence and value of any such loss or damage (“Claims Documentation”) for Your Internal Purposes. You agree to only submit claims using the UPS Claims on the Web Service for Your Tendered Shipments. By submitting Claims Documentation to support a claim of loss or damage: (a) You grant UPS the limited permission to process and store this Claims Documentation for claim processing and related purposes, and (b) You acknowledge that UPS may use or not use the Claims Documentation at its discretion in processing a claim.

Claim Submissions. Provider shall comply with the requirements of Texas Government Code § 531.024161, regarding the submission of claims involving supervised providers.
Claim Submissions. Unless specifially agreed in any Letter of Appointment, complying with the Insurance policy conditions, including but not limited to prescription periods, as they relate to any claim or potential claim is soley the responsibility of the Client. Where XXXXXX’x services include claims service, it would be based on what could be reasonably expected when considering the claims reported in the recent past arising out of the normal course of the Client’s business. Where claims reported are extraordinary in number or complexity, additional fees may be charged on a basis to be mutually agreed.

  • Claims Submission We will submit your claims and assist you in any way we reasonably can to help get your claims paid. Your insurance company may need you to supply certain information directly. It is your responsibility to comply with their request. Please be aware that the balance of your claim is your responsibility whether or not your insurance company pays your claim. Your insurance benefit is a contract between you and your insurance company; we are not party to that contract.

  • SUBMISSIONS You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other information regarding the Site ("Submissions") provided by you to us are non-confidential and shall become our sole property. We shall own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these Submissions for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you. You hereby waive all moral rights to any such Submissions, and you hereby warrant that any such Submissions are original with you or that you have the right to submit such Submissions. You agree there shall be no recourse against us for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary right in your Submissions.

  • Third-Party Applications Oracle or third party providers may offer Third Party Applications. Except as expressly set forth in the Estimate/Order Form, Oracle does not warrant any such Third Party Applications, regardless of whether or not such Third Party Applications are provided by a third party that is a member of an Oracle partner program or otherwise designated by Oracle as “Built For NetSuite,” "certified," "approved" or “recommended.” Any procurement by Customer of such Third Party Applications or services is solely between Customer and the applicable third party provider. Customer may not use Third Party Applications to enter and/or submit transactions to be processed and/or stored in the NetSuite CPQ, unless Customer has procured the applicable subscription to the NetSuite CPQ for such use and access. Oracle is not responsible for any aspect of such Third Party Applications that Customer may procure or connect to through the NetSuite CPQ, or any interoperation, descriptions, promises, or other information related to the foregoing. If Customer installs or enables Third Party Applications for use with the NetSuite CPQ, Customer agrees that Oracle may enable such third party providers to access Customer Data for the interoperation of such Third Party Applications with the NetSuite CPQ, and any exchange of data or other interaction between Customer and a third party provider is solely between Customer and such third party provider pursuant to a separate privacy policy or other terms governing Customer’s access to or use of the Third Party Applications. Oracle shall not be responsible for any disclosure, modification or deletion of Customer Data resulting from any such access by Third Party Applications or third party providers. No procurement of such Third Party Applications is required to use the NetSuite CPQ. If Customer was referred to Oracle by a member of one of Oracle’s partner programs, Customer hereby authorizes Oracle to provide such member or its successor entity with access to Customer’s business information related to the procurement and use of the NetSuite CPQ pursuant to this Agreement, including but not limited to User names and email addresses, support cases and billing/payment information.

  • Invoice Submission All invoices submitted by Contractor shall include the City Contract Number, an assigned Invoice Number, and an Invoice Date. City will provide Contractor with an invoice cover sheet. Invoice cover sheets are required to be accurately completed and submitted with each invoice.
