Claim. a. Any claim must be brought by the Client and delivered in writing to the office of Aramex India nearest to the location at which the shipment is accepted within 30 days of the date of such acceptance with supporting documents authenticating the value of the shipment. No claim can be made against Aramex India beyond the time or without suitable authentication of value. Incase of claim for damage or part loss, the consignment should be available to Aramex India for inspection in an as received condition at the consignee’s premises. No claim for loss or damage will be entertained until transaction and other related charges have been paid.
