Common use of Claims Accounting Clause in Contracts

Claims Accounting. No later than fourteen (14) calendar days before the filing date for Plaintiffs’ motion in support of the Final Approval Order and Final Judgment, the Settlement Administrator will serve upon Settlement Class Counsel and Frontier’s Counsel a report indicating, among other things, the number of timely and valid Claim Forms that have been submitted as of that date.

Claims Accounting.
