Common use of Claims Administration Expenses Clause in Contracts

Claims Administration Expenses. (A) The fees and expenses incurred by the Claims Administrator or the Special Master in administering the Program (the “Administrative Expenses”) shall be paid by Organon, except as otherwise set forth in Section 5.05, Section 4.04, and Section 4.06. Any invoice for the Claims Administrator’s or Special Master’s fees and costs shall be submitted to Organon.
