Common use of Claims Administrator and Claims Allocator Clause in Contracts

Claims Administrator and Claims Allocator. 1. If Class Counsel so designates, the Claims Administrator is a person or entity engaged by Class Counsel to assist in the administration and distribution of monetary relief to be made pursuant to this Settlement Agreement. The Claims Administrator serves as trustee of the Settlement Fund to safeguard funds. All fees charged by the Claims Administrator shall be paid out of the Settlement Fund. 2. If Class Counsel so designates, the Claims Allocator is a person or entity engaged by Class Counsel to assist in the allocation of monetary relief to be made pursuant to this Settlement Agreement. All fees charged by the Claims Allocator shall be paid out of the Settlement Fund.
