Common use of Claims Against Collateral Clause in Contracts

Claims Against Collateral. Maintain the Collateral, as the same is constituted from time to time, free and clear of all Liens, except to the extent, if any, of the Permitted Liens, and Issuer will defend or cause to be defended the Collateral against all of the claims and demands of all Persons whomsoever (except to the extent, if any, of the Permitted Liens).
