Claims Against Individuals. Where the liability of a Party (including, but not limited to, any liability with respect to the officers, employees, agents or representatives of a Party or any of its Affiliates) has been excluded or restricted hereunder, each Party agrees that it shall not bring any claim against any officers, employees, agents or representatives of the other Party or any of its Affiliates or join such officers, employees, agents or representatives in any claim such that the liability of such officers, employees, agents or representatives and such other Party, when taken together, would be greater than the liability of such other Party hereunder.
