CLAIMS AGAINST OWNER AND ACTION THEREON. No claim against the OWNER under the Contract or for breach of the Contract or additional compensation for extra or disputed work shall be made or asserted against the OWNER under the Contract or in any court action, unless the CONTRACTOR shall have strictly complied with all requirements relating to the giving of notice and information with respect to such claim as required by the Contract.
