Claims Against Property in the Account. The property in the account shall not be subject to any right, charge, security interest, lien or claim of any kind (collectively "Charges") in favor of Subcustodian or any Eligible Depository or any creditor of Subcustodian or of any Eligible Depository except a claim for payment for such property's safe custody or administration in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Subcustodian will immediately notify Custodian of any attempt by any party to assert any Charge against the property held in the Account and shall take all lawful actions to protect such property from such Charges until Custodian has had a reasonable time to respond to such notice.
