Common use of Claims against the Board Clause in Contracts

Claims against the Board. The eligibility of the Superintendent’s dependents or beneficiary for insurance benefits shall be governed by the term of the insurance policies purchased by the Board pursuant to this Contract. It is understood and agreed that the Board’s only obligation is to purchase the insurance policies described herein, and no claim shall be made against the Board as a result of any denial by an insurer of insurance benefits if the Board has purchased the policies and paid the premiums described herein.
