Claims Against the Licensee. The Licensee shall promptly notify the Licensor of any claim of infringement or any complaint based upon the Licensee's use of the Licensed Trade Names and of any suit, action or proceeding brought against the Licensee based upon said claim or complaint, and the provisions of Section 10 shall apply.
