Common use of Claims against Trustee Clause in Contracts

Claims against Trustee. The parties other than the Trustee may not sue the Trustee in respect of any liabilities incurred by the Trustee acting in its capacity as trustee of the Series Trust in any capacity other than as trustee of the Series Trust including seeking the appointment of a receiver (except in relation to the Assets of the Series Trust) a liquidator, an administrator or any similar person to the Trustee, or prove in any liquidation, administration or similar arrangements of or affecting the Trustee (except in relation to the Assets of the Series Trust).
