Common use of Claims and Defenses Clause in Contracts

Claims and Defenses. Guarantor has no claims, counterclaims, defenses, or offsets against Lender or its predecessors in interest or with respect to any of its obligations or other liabilities under the Guaranty as a result of this Modifications or otherwise, any such claims, counterclaims, defenses or offsets being hereby waived and released.
