Claims and Judgment Against the Authority. Claims and judgments against the Authority, its agents, Board members, officers or employees, shall be paid from, or charged to, the appropriate coverages or self-insured funds the Authority has established and/or purchased against such claims, judgments or losses. Such amounts shall be paid from the Authority’s own coverage or self-insured funds.
