Common use of Claims and Legal Actions Clause in Contracts

Claims and Legal Actions. Except as set forth on Exhibit "C", there is no claim, legal action, counterclaim, suit, arbitration, governmental investigation or other legal, administrative or tax proceeding, nor any order, decree or judgment, in progress, pending, or threatened against or relating to Seller, the Center, or the business or operations of the Seller, nor does Seller know or have reason to be aware of any basis for the same.
