Claims and Legal Proceedings. 19.1. The Employee shall at the request of the Company promptly take all such steps and provide the Company with such information as the Company may require to assist the Company in prosecuting or defending any claims or threat of litigation arising in respect of the Employee’s employment under this agreement.
