Claims Brought Against Either Party by Vendors, Suppliers and Customers of the Other Party. Each party shall indemnify, on request defend, and hold the other party harmless from any and all Claims (other than workplace injury claims subject to Section 8.3, or other claims subject to Section 8.4) made, brought, or sought against the indemnified party by any vendor, supplier, or customer of the indemnifying party.
