Common use of CLAIMS BY BANKS AND THE AGENT Clause in Contracts

CLAIMS BY BANKS AND THE AGENT. A Bank intending to make a claim pursuant to Clause 10.2 (Tax Indemnity) shall notify the Agent of the event giving rise to the claim, whereupon the Agent shall notify the Borrower thereof. If the Agent intends to make a claim pursuant to Clause 10.2 (Tax Indemnity) it shall notify the Borrower of the event giving rise to the claim.

CLAIMS BY BANKS AND THE AGENT. A Bank intending to make a claim pursuant to Clause 10.2 11.2 (Tax Indemnity) shall notify the Agent of the event giving rise to the claim, whereupon the Agent shall notify the Borrower Relevant Obligor and the Borrowers thereof. If the Agent intends to make a claim pursuant to Clause 10.2 11.2 (Tax Indemnity) it shall notify the Borrower Relevant Obligor and the Borrowers of the event giving rise to the claim.

A Bank intending to make a claim pursuant to Clause 10.2 14.2 (Tax Indemnity) shall notify the Agent of the event giving rise to the claim, whereupon the Agent shall notify the Principal Borrower and the other Borrowers thereof. If the Agent intends to make a claim pursuant to Clause 10.2 14.2 (Tax Indemnity) it shall notify the Principal Borrower and the other Borrowers of the event giving rise to the claim.

If the Agent intends to make a claim pursuant to Clause 10.2 15.2 (Tax Indemnity) it shall notify the Borrower Relevant Obligor and the Borrowers of the event giving rise to the claim.
