Claims by Banks. Any person intending to make a demand pursuant to Clause 18.2 (Tax Indemnity) shall notify the Principal Company (through the Facility Agent in the case of a Bank) in reasonable detail of the event by reason of which it is entitled to do so Provided that nothing herein shall require such person to disclose any confidential information relating to the organisation of its affairs.
