Claims, Disputes, Governing Law. (a) Any claim or dispute which either Party may have against the other, arising out of this Agreement, shall be submitted in writing to the other Party not later than ninety (90) days after the circumstances which gave rise to the claim or dispute having taken place. The submission of any claim of dispute shall include a brief, concise statement of the question or issue in dispute, together with the relevant facts and documentation to fully support the claim.
