CLAIMS FOR A CHANGE IN CONTRACT PRICE. 38. Subsection 6.6.5 is amended by adding the following at the end of the subsection: “[…]. No claim for additional payment arising from a delay will be payable to the Contractor unless the Contractor has prepared, or caused to be prepared, records of all Work and the costs of the Work, on a daily basis as the Work proceeds, and submits such records in support of the claim.”
