Common use of Claims for indemnification pursuant to Section Clause in Contracts

Claims for indemnification pursuant to Section. 7.2 shall not be made after the expiration of the representations and warranties as provided for in Section 7.1; provided, however, that in the event a Claim Notice or an Indemnity Notice shall have been given within the applicable survival period, the representation or warranty that is the subject of such indemnification claim shall survive until such time as such claim is finally resolved.
