Claims Intimation. On the occurrence or discovery of any Injury that may give rise to a Claim under this Policy, We shall intimated within 10 days from the date of occurrence of such Accident, provided the following necessary information and documentation in respect of the Claims is within 30 days of the Insured Person’s occurred Injury: a) Policy Number b) Name of the Policyholder c) Name of the Insured Person in whose relation the Claim is being lodged d) Nature of Accident
