Claims; Limitation of Liability; No Warranty. You agree that within thirty (30) days of the A2A transfer, you will tell FNCU of any errors, delays, or other problems related to your request. If your funds transfer request is delayed or erroneously executed as a result of FNCU's error, FNCU's sole obligation to you is to pay or refund such amounts as may be required by applicable law. Any claim for interest payable by FNCU shall be at FNCU's published savings account rate in effect on the account from which the funds transfer was made. In any event, if you fail to notify FNCU of any claim concerning your funds transfer within sixty (60) days of the A2A transfer any claim by you shall be barred under applicable law. YOU AGREE THAT FNCU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY COSTS, FEES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF (1) YOU GRANTING FNCU AUTHORITY TO VERIFY A THIRD PARTY ACCOUNT; (2) FNCU DEBIT AND/OR CREDIT OF A VERIFIED ACCOUNT OR FNCU INABILITY TO DEBIT AND/OR CREDIT SUCH ACCOUNT(S) IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR A2A TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS; (3) ANY INACCURATE OR INCOMPLETE INFORMATION RECEIVED FROM ANOTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION IN CONNECTION WITH VERIFYING A THIRD PARTY ACCOUNT OR EXECUTING A TRANSFER WITH A VERIFIED ACCOUNT; (4) ANY CHARGES IMPOSED BY THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION HOLDING A VERIFIED ACCOUNT; AND (5) ANY TRANSFER LIMITATIONS SET BY A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION HOLDING A VERIFIED ACCOUNT. IN NO EVENT SHALL FNCU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXPENSES ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR A2A TRANSFER REQUEST. EXCEPT AS MAY BE EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT, FNCU, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. FNCU MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION REGARDING THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE A2A SERVICE, THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE A2A SERVICE, THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION RETRIEVED BY FNCU FROM ANY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION HOLDING ANY VERIFIED ACCOUNT OR THAT THE A2A SERVICE WILL MEET ANY REQUIREMENTS OF ANY USER, BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR FREE.

YOU I AGREE THAT FNCU GOLD CREDIT UNION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY COSTS, FEES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF (1) MY GRANTING YOU GRANTING FNCU AUTHORITY TO VERIFY A THIRD PARTY ACCOUNT; (2) FNCU YOUR DEBIT AND/OR CREDIT OF A VERIFIED ACCOUNT OR FNCU YOUR INABILITY TO DEBIT AND/OR CREDIT SUCH ACCOUNT(S) IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR MY A2A TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS; (3) ANY INACCURATE OR INCOMPLETE INFORMATION RECEIVED FROM ANOTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION IN CONNECTION WITH VERIFYING A THIRD PARTY ACCOUNT OR EXECUTING A TRANSFER WITH A VERIFIED ACCOUNT; (4) ANY CHARGES IMPOSED BY THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION HOLDING A VERIFIED ACCOUNT; AND (5) ANY TRANSFER LIMITATIONS SET BY A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION HOLDING A VERIFIED ACCOUNT. You I agree that within thirty (30) days any transfer of funds using the A2A transfer, you will tell FNCU ACH Service is subject to the terms of any UNFCU Electronic Services Disclosures and Agreement and I agree to report errors, delays, or other problems related to your requestmy request as stated therein. If your my funds transfer request or my receipt of funds is delayed or erroneously executed as a result of FNCU's UNFCU’s error, FNCU's UNFCU’s sole obligation to you me is to pay or refund such amounts as may be required by applicable law. Any claim for interest payable by FNCU UNFCU shall be at FNCU's UNFCU’s published savings account rate in effect on the account from which the funds transfer was madeeffect. In any event, if you fail to notify FNCU of any claim concerning your funds transfer within sixty (60) days of the A2A transfer any claim by you shall be barred under applicable law. YOU I AGREE THAT FNCU UNFCU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY COSTS, FEES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF (1) YOU GRANTING FNCU AUTHORITY TO VERIFY A THIRD PARTY ACCOUNT; (2) FNCU DEBIT AND/OR CREDIT OF A VERIFIED ACCOUNT OR FNCU INABILITY TO DEBIT AND/OR CREDIT SUCH ACCOUNT(S) IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR A2A TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS; (3) ANY INACCURATE OR INCOMPLETE INFORMATION RECEIVED FROM ANOTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION IN CONNECTION WITH VERIFYING A THIRD PARTY EXECUTING MY TRANSFER REQUEST TO ANOTHER PERSON’S ACCOUNT AT SUCH FINANCIAL INSTITUTION OR EXECUTING A TRANSFER WITH A VERIFIED ACCOUNTMY RECEIPT OF FUNDS FROM SUCH FINANCIAL INSTITUTION; (42) ANY CHARGES IMPOSED BY THE ANOTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION HOLDING A VERIFIED ACCOUNTIN CONNECTION WITH UNFCU ACH SERVICE TRANSACTIONS; AND (53) ANY TRANSFER LIMITATIONS SET BY A ANOTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION HOLDING AN ACCOUNT INTO WHICH I HAVE REQUESTED A VERIFIED ACCOUNTTRANSFER, OR FROM WHICH A TRANSFER TO MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN REQUESTED. IN NO EVENT SHALL FNCU UNFCU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXPENSES ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR A2A MY UNFCU ACH SERVICE TRANSFER REQUEST. Amendments - I agree that you reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement as required by law or policy. Unless otherwise required by law, you may amend this Agreement without prior notice to me. If you choose to notify me of an amendment or are required to do so by law, you may ask me to agree to an amended version of this Agreement electronically, or mail or deliver a separate notice, statement message or electronic message to me at the last address or e-mail you have on file for me. Governing Law - This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the New York.

YOU I AGREE THAT FNCU UNFCU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY COSTS, FEES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF (1) YOU GRANTING FNCU AUTHORITY TO VERIFY A THIRD PARTY ACCOUNT; (2) FNCU DEBIT AND/OR CREDIT OF A VERIFIED ACCOUNT OR FNCU INABILITY TO DEBIT AND/OR CREDIT SUCH ACCOUNT(S) IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR A2A TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS; (3) ANY INACCURATE OR INCOMPLETE INFORMATION RECEIVED FROM ANOTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION IN CONNECTION WITH VERIFYING A THIRD PARTY EXECUT- ING MY TRANSFER REQUEST TO ANOTHER PERSON’S ACCOUNT AT SUCH FINANCIAL INSTITUTION OR EXECUTING A TRANSFER WITH A VERIFIED ACCOUNTMY RECEIPT OF FUNDS FROM SUCH FINANCIAL INSTITUTION; (42) ANY CHARGES IMPOSED BY THE ANOTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION IN CONNECTION WITH UNFCU EXTERNAL TRANSFER SERVICE TRANSACTIONS; AND (3) ANY TRANSFER LIMI- TATIONS SET BY ANOTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION HOLDING AN ACCOUNT INTO WHICH I HAVE REQUESTED A VERIFIED ACCOUNT; AND (5) ANY TRANSFER LIMITATIONS SET BY OR FROM WHICH A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION HOLDING A VERIFIED ACCOUNTTRANSFER TO MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN REQUESTED. IN NO EVENT SHALL FNCU UNFCU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL CON- SEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXPENSES ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR A2A MY UNFCU EXTERNAL TRANSFER SERVICE TRANSFER REQUEST. EXCEPT AS MAY BE EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENTAGREEMENT OR PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FNCU, UNFCU AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. FNCU UNFCU MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION REPRESEN- TATION REGARDING THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE A2A UNFCU EXTERNAL TRANSFER SERVICE, THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE A2A UN- FCU EXTERNAL TRANSFER SERVICE, THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION INFOR- MATION RETRIEVED BY FNCU UNFCU FROM ANY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION HOLDING ANY VERIFIED AN ACCOUNT INTO WHICH I HAVE REQUESTED A TRANSFER OR FROM WHICH A TRANSFER TO MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN REQUEST- ED OR THAT THE A2A UNFCU EXTERNAL TRANSFER SERVICE WILL MEET ANY REQUIREMENTS OF ANY USER, BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR FREE.

Claims; Limitation of Liability; No Warranty. You agree that within thirty sixty (3060) days after you receive notification that your Popmoney Service transfer request has been completed or that you have been the recipient of funds sent through the A2A transferPopmoney Service, you will tell FNCU us of any errors, delays, or other problems related to your request. If your funds transfer request or your receipt of funds is delayed or erroneously executed as a result of FNCUBancorpSouth's error, FNCUBancorpSouth's sole obligation to you is to pay or refund such amounts as may be required by applicable law. Any claim for interest payable by FNCU BancorpSouth shall be at FNCU's BancorpSouth’s published savings account rate in effect on within the state of the home financial center of the account from which the funds transfer was made. In any event, if you fail to notify FNCU BancorpSouth of any claim concerning your funds transfer request or your receipt of funds within sixty one (601) days of year from the A2A transfer date that you receive notification that your request has been executed or the funds have been deposited in your account, any claim by you shall be barred under applicable law. YOU AGREE THAT FNCU BANCORPSOUTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY COSTS, FEES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF (1) YOU GRANTING FNCU AUTHORITY TO VERIFY A THIRD PARTY ACCOUNT; (2) FNCU DEBIT AND/OR CREDIT OF A VERIFIED ACCOUNT OR FNCU INABILITY TO DEBIT AND/OR CREDIT SUCH ACCOUNT(S) IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR A2A TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS; (3) ANY INACCURATE OR INCOMPLETE INFORMATION RECEIVED FROM ANOTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION IN CONNECTION WITH VERIFYING A THIRD PARTY EXECUTING YOUR TRANSFER REQUEST TO ANOTHER PERSON'S ACCOUNT AT SUCH FINANCIAL INSTITUTION OR EXECUTING A TRANSFER WITH A VERIFIED ACCOUNTYOUR RECEIPT OF FUNDS FROM SUCH FINANCIAL INSTITUTION; (42) ANY CHARGES IMPOSED BY THE ANOTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION HOLDING A VERIFIED ACCOUNTIN CONNECTION WITH POPMONEY SERVICE TRANSACTIONS; AND (53) ANY TRANSFER LIMITATIONS SET BY A ANOTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION HOLDING AN ACCOUNT INTO WHICH YOU HAVE REQUESTED A VERIFIED ACCOUNTTRANSFER OR FROM WHICH A TRANSFER TO YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN REQUESTED.
