Common use of Claims Made Clause in Contracts

Claims Made. In the event any insurance policies required by this Agreement are written on a “claims made” basis, coverage will extend, either by keeping coverage in force or purchasing an extended reporting option, for three years after the conclusion of the term of this Agreement.
