Common use of Claims Not Covered by the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Claims Not Covered by the Agreement. Claims Employee may have for Workers' Compensation or unemployment compensation benefits are not covered by this Agreement. Also not covered are claims by Employer for injunctive and/or other equitable relief for unfair competition and/or the use and/or unauthorized disclosure of trade secrets or confidential information, as to which Employee understands and agrees that Employer may seek and obtain relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Claims Not Covered by the Agreement. Claims Employee I may have for Workersworkers' Compensation compensation or unemployment compensation benefits are not covered by this Agreement. Also not covered are claims by Employer for injunctive and/or other equitable relief for unfair competition and/or the use and/or unauthorized disclosure of trade secrets or confidential information, as to which Employee understands I understand and agrees agree that Employer may seek and obtain relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Claims Employee may have for Workers' Compensation workers’ compensation (excluding discrimination claims under workers’ compensation statutes) or unemployment compensation benefits are not covered by this Agreement. Also not covered are claims by Employer for injunctive and/or other equitable relief for unfair competition and/or the use and/or unauthorized disclosure of trade secrets or confidential information, as to which Employee understands and agrees that Employer may seek and obtain relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Also not covered are claims by Employer the Company for injunctive and/or other equitable relief for unfair competition and/or the use and/or unauthorized disclosure of trade secrets or confidential informationinformation and the enforcement of Sections 6, 7, 8 and 9, as to which Employee understands and agrees that Employer the Company may seek and obtain relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Employee acknowledges and agrees that, as to which Employee understands and agrees that Employer such claims, the Company may seek and obtain relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
