Claims on an. occurrence basis for bodily injury or property damage under a policy of commercial general liability insurance (including broad form property damage and broad form contractual liability) with amounts not less than One Million and No/100 Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence and combined single limit and Three Million No/100 Dollars ($3,000,000.00) in the annual aggregate;

Claims on an. occurrence basis for bodily injury or property damage under a policy of commercial general liability insurance (including broad form property damage and broad form contractual liability) with amounts not less than One Million and No/100 Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence and combined single limit and Three Million No/100 Dollars ($3,000,000.00) in the annual aggregate;, in each case with respect to each Facility; and
