Common use of Claims Submission Period Clause in Contracts

Claims Submission Period. “Claims Submission Period” means the time period during which Class Members may submit claims which will commence with the mailing of the Settlement Class Notice and will conclude thirty (30) days after the Final Approval Order or the Effective Date, whichever is later.
