Common use of Claims without Supporting Documentation Clause in Contracts

Claims without Supporting Documentation. Any claim for which Good Shepherd cannot produce documentation sufficient to support the claim shall be considered an error and the total reimbursement received by Good Shepherd for such claim shall be deemed an Overpayment. Replacement sampling for claims or Medicare beneficiaries with missing documentation is not permitted.
