CLARIFICATION DOCUMENT Sample Clauses
The Clarification Document clause establishes a formal process for addressing ambiguities or uncertainties in the interpretation of a contract. When either party identifies unclear terms or provisions, they may request a written clarification, which is then documented and agreed upon by both parties to ensure mutual understanding. This clause helps prevent disputes by providing a clear mechanism for resolving interpretive issues, thereby promoting transparency and reducing the risk of misunderstandings during the contract's execution.
