Clarification of Termination Terms. The Contractor will need to be mindful of the fact that the NHS Institute is currently going through a transitional period of organisational change which may result in a change to the status or operational need of the NHS Institute and which may mean that the services of Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx are no longer required, or required on a reduced basis. Therefore this Contract is agreed on the proviso that should the NHS Institute be closed down or restructured in a way that obviates the need for an business development service then the NHS Institute can terminate the contract or scale down the service.
