Class A Common Units and Class. A-1 Common Units. (i) Class A-1 Common Units. In the Merger, each Class A Common Unit outstanding immediately prior to the Merger was converted into 0.65 Class A Common Units and 0.35 Class A-1 Common Units. There shall only be one series of Class A-1 Common Units and, except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement or an applicable Partner Agreement, each Class A-1 Common Unit shall have the same rights, powers and duties, which shall be as set forth in this Section 3.1(d) and elsewhere in this Agreement.
