Common use of Class A Member Voting Rights Clause in Contracts

Class A Member Voting Rights. A Class A Member is entitled to one (1) vote for each Class A Unit held by the Member. Cumulative voting of the votes for Class A Units is not permitted. A Member of any other Class will be entitled to any additional voting rights as may be stipulated in the designations governing other Classes of Units held.
