Class Action Filings. The Sub-Adviser is not responsible for taking any action .or rendering any advice with respect to class actions or lawsuits involving the Trust or Fund, including those involving securities presently or formerly held in the Fund’s portfolio, or the issuers thereof, including actions involving bankruptcy.

Class Action Filings. The Sub-Adviser is not responsible for making any class action filings on behalf of HMF.

Class Action Filings. The Sub-Subadviser is not responsible for taking action, including filing proof of claim forms, in any legal proceedings, including bankruptcies or class actions, involving securities held in or formerly held in the Portfolio or the issuers of those securities, on behalf of the Fund or the Trust.
