Common use of CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT. This Class Action Settlement Agreement (“Settlement Agreement”) is entered into by and among Plaintiff Xxxxxxx Xxxxx (“Plaintiff”), for himself individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class defined below, and Defendant Incode Technologies, Inc.
