Class and Types of Loans. Loans hereunder are distinguished by "Class" and "Type". The "Class" of a Loan refers to whether such Loan is a Revolving Loan or a Competitive Loan. The "Type" of a Loan refers to whether such Loan is a Eurodollar Loan, a CD Loan or a Base Rate Loan or, in the case of a Competitive Loan, a Eurodollar Loan or an Absolute Rate Loan. Thus, for example, a "Eurodollar Competitive Loan" is a Competitive Loan which is also a Eurodollar Loan.
