Common use of Class B Interests; Capital Contributions of the Class B Member Clause in Contracts

Class B Interests; Capital Contributions of the Class B Member. On the Effective Date, and each Funding Date thereafter, the Class B Member shall make the Capital Contribution to be made by it with respect to the applicable Tranche pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in the Equity Capital Contribution Agreement. In addition, the Class B Member shall hold Class B Units in the amount set forth opposite its name in Exhibit A. The Class B Member shall be entitled to the allocations, distributions and other rights as are prescribed for the Class B Member in this Agreement. The Class B Member’s additions to its Capital Account as of the Effective Date and each Funding Date thereafter (and the Class B Member’s Capital Account as of the Effective Date and each Funding Date thereafter) are shown on Exhibit A hereto, which amounts include the Value of property contributed by the Class B Member to the Company prior to and on such dates.
