Common use of Class B Voting Units Clause in Contracts

Class B Voting Units. The holders of Class B Voting Units shall be entitled to ten (10) votes per Class B Voting Unit with respect to any designation of the Managing Member pursuant to Section 5.1 or designation of an additional Managing Member or substitute Managing Member pursuant to Section 10.3, and shall not be entitled to any other rights, powers, privileges or obligations under this Agreement.
