Class B Voting Units. The Class B Voting Units shall be entitled to ten (10) votes per Class B Voting Unit with respect to any designation of the Managing Member pursuant to Section 5.3, designation of an additional Managing Member or substitute Managing Member pursuant to Section 10.3, or as otherwise required by law and shall not be entitled to any rights, privileges or obligations under this Agreement.
