Class, C Class, and R Class of Shares. With respect to each of the A Class, C Class, and R Class of each Fund, as applicable, the 12b-1 fees to which Distributor is entitled under each Master Distribution and Individual Shareholder Services Plan for such classes (each a “12b-1 Plan”) shall be paid to the Advisor, as Distributor’s paying agent, for payment of Distributor’s contractual obligations to third party intermediaries for distribution of Fund shares.
