Common use of Class C Principal Deficit Amount Clause in Contracts

Class C Principal Deficit Amount. On each Distribution Date, other than the Series 2012-3 Final Distribution Date, on which the Class A Notes and Class B Notes will have been paid in full and the Class C Principal Deficit Amount is greater than zero, amounts shall be transferred to the Series 2012-3 Distribution Account as follows:

Class C Principal Deficit Amount. On each Distribution Date, other than the Series 20122011-3 5 Final Distribution Date, on which the Class A Notes and Class B Notes will have been paid in full and the Class C Principal Deficit Amount is greater than zero, amounts shall be transferred to the Series 20122011-3 5 Distribution Account as follows:
