Class Counsel Fees and Expenses; No Other Costs. a. Except as otherwise provided in Section II(A)(1) of this Settlement Agreement, the Released Parties shall have no responsibility for any other payments, fees or costs, including Co-Lead Counsel’s attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses or the fees, costs, or expenses of any Plaintiff’s or Settlement Class Member’s respective attorneys, experts, advisors, or representatives; provided, however, that with respect to the Action, including this Settlement Agreement, the Settling Defendants shall bear their own costs and attorneys’ fees.
