Common use of Class Counsel Fees and Expenses; No Other Costs Clause in Contracts

Class Counsel Fees and Expenses; No Other Costs. a. Settling Defendant shall have no responsibility for any other costs, including Class Counsel’s attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses, service awards or the fees, costs, or expenses of any Plaintiff’s or Class Member’s respective attorneys, experts, advisors, or representatives, provided, however, that with respect to the Action, including this Settlement Agreement, Settling Defendant shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees.
