Class Counsel Fees and Expenses; No Other Costs. x. Xxxxxxx shall have no responsibility for any other costs, including Interim Co-Lead Counsel’s attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses or the fees, costs, or expenses of any Plaintiff’s or Class Member’s respective attorneys, experts, advisors, or representatives, provided, however, that with respect to the Action, including this Settlement Agreement, Cargill shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees.
