Class Counsel Fees and Expenses; No Other Costs. x. Xxxxx shall have no responsibility for any other costs, including Class Counsel’s attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses or the fees, costs, or expenses of any Plaintiff’s or Class Member’s respective attorneys, experts, advisors, or representatives, provided, however, that with respect to the Action, including this Settlement Agreement, Xxxxx shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees.
