Class Counsel Fees and Expenses; No Other Costs. x. Xxxxxxxxx Farms shall have no responsibility for any other costs, including Interim Co-Lead Counsel’s attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses or the fees, costs, or expenses of any Plaintiff’s or Class Member’s respective attorneys, experts, advisors, or representatives, provided, however, that with respect to the Action, including this Settlement Agreement, Xxxxxxxxx Farms shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees.
