Class Dispatcher. The Fire Prevention Division shall have one (1) Officer, namely a Chief Fire Prevention Officer, so long as its full-time complement is two (2) full-time members of the Division. The appointment of more than one (1) Officer Rank in the Fire Prevention Division shall be at the discretion of the Employer. This clause is subject to the terms of this Agreement.
