Common use of Class F Shares Clause in Contracts

Class F Shares. The Company shall ensure that the Assets and their related liabilities are held in one or more segregated accounts that are legally separate from any other assets and liabilities of the Company and that the Assets and their related liabilities are all allocable to a newly issued share class of the Company denominated as Class F (the shares of such class, the “Class F Shares”).
